Making an Appointment At Oklahoma Oncology, our goal is to make your visit with us as pleasant and comfortable as it can possibly be. If you need to schedule an appointment for yourself or someone you are caring for, please enter your request online, or telephone our main office at (918) 744-3180. Most of our patients are referred to Oklahoma Oncology by other doctors. We make every effort to schedule an appointment for you at the earliest available time that is convenient for you.   If you have not selected a physician, or been referred to a particular doctor, our professional staff will work with you in setting up an appointment with one of the physicians in our group. These are forms that you will be asked to complete during your first visit to our office. You may complete these forms online, print them prior to your visit, and bring the forms with you to your appointment.
