Diarrhea
Diarrhea can be caused by a variety of
things including cancer treatment, infections, food sensitivity, and emotional
problems.
Try the following to cope with diarrhea:

Drink lots of liquids

Eat small amounts of food several times throughout
the day

Eat foods and liquids that contain sodium
and potassium

Low-fiber foods may be good

Drink fluids at room temperature

Don't eat or drink products that contain caffeine

Be careful when using milk and milk products,
you may be lactose intolerant

Your doctor may suggest you try a clear liquid
diet if you have sudden, short-term diarrhea
Try to avoid the following:

Greasy, fatty, or fried food

Raw fruits or vegetables
-
High-fiber vegetables
-
Strong spices
