Dr. Jihad Khattab joined Oklahoma Oncology in 1999. His training includes specialty training in hematology and bone marrow transplantation at Western Pennsylvania Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship in medical oncology at Providence Hospital, Southfield, Michigan, in affiliation with the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Khattab graduated from the University of Damascus Medical School in Damascus, Syria. He served an internal medicine internship and residency at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine at St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio.

Dr. Khattab completed an outpatient medical oncology rotation at the University of Michigan and a bone marrow transplant rotation at Karmanos Cancer Institute, Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan.
